Innovaiden Create / Coming soon
Intake, quoting, scheduling, reporting, screening: every company carries a layer of repetitive work that holds good people hostage. Our engineers embed in your business, break one slice of that work into small functions, and put a specialist agent behind each one. What ships is a working application your team logs into. First production release usually in weeks. We operate it after launch.
More than 50 applications run on the platform today
One system, two views. Your team works in Operations. Your engineers can read Engineering.
Agents are now the operating org. Not a chat window bolted onto the side of a business, but specialist agents standing behind the small functions that make a company run, with your people holding every call that matters. We embed, we break the work down into functions small enough to build honestly, and we wire your people into the gates. More than fifty applications run on our platform today, from risk quantification to key-person screening to a transit app live in the App Store. None of them started as a diagram. They started as one function that had to work.

Counts are platform-wide across applications Innovaiden has built and operates, including our own internal systems. We walk through the full inventory on request.
01 / Work, drawn smaller
Here is one slice, decomposed the way we would build it.
Every inbound request read, structured, and routed within minutes of arrival. What needs a human gets flagged, not buried.
A draft quote built from your price rules and your history, with the reasoning attached. It leaves the building only after a named person approves it.
The calendar holds itself: conflicts resolved, crews and rooms rebalanced, exceptions escalated to whoever owns the day.
The weekly numbers assemble themselves, and every figure carries its source and date. No one spends Friday in a spreadsheet.
Counterparties and key people checked against registries, filings, and press, with every finding graded before it reaches you.
The same decomposition holds at eight thousand people as at twenty. If a function can be specified, an agent can staff it, and your people can govern it.
02 / Built use cases
Each one started as one slice of work. Built on the platform, gated by people, operated after launch.
The ask: Research a target the way an analyst team would, in a fraction of the time.
What we built: Agents mine filings, registries, sanctions lists, press, and technical surface, more than 500 sources per company. Every finding lands graded, with source and date attached.
Where it stands: Runs our own advisory engagements. Reports export with the full audit trail.
Yours will look different, and that is the point. If the function can be specified, it is a candidate: customer replies, document processing, phone coverage, finance back office, whatever eats your week.
03 / How a slice gets built
Not from a document. We map the work where it happens, and nothing consequential moves without a named person saying yes.
Our engineers embed and chart how the work actually flows, not how the org chart says it does
One slice of the work broken into functions small enough to specify, build, and test honestly
A specialist agent behind each function, coordinated by a lead agent running workers in parallel
Your people take the approval gates. Nothing consequential moves without a named person saying yes
We ship the application your team logs into, then run it: monitoring, tuning, adding the next function once this one has proven itself
We call this operated software: an application we build for you, staffed by agents, governed by your people, and run by Innovaiden after launch. Every stage leaves a record. Each action, data point, and approval is timestamped into an audit trail you can read end to end.
04 / The engine
Underneath every application is the same machinery, and none of it runs on trust.
Every run starts with a lead agent breaking the job into tasks and dispatching specialist workers in parallel. Each worker does one narrow thing well. The lead agent assembles what comes back and decides what is still missing.
Nothing enters a deliverable ungraded. Each data point is stamped Verified, Observed, Estimated, or Hypothesis, and carries its source and date. You can see exactly how solid every figure is before you act on it.
Budgets and iteration caps are enforced by the platform, not by an agent's good behavior. A worker cannot raise its own spend, extend its own run, or loop indefinitely. When a cap is hit, the run stops and says so.
Anything that spends money, touches production, or leaves the building pauses at an approval gate held by a named person on your team. Agents prepare the work in full. People make the call.

05 / Controls
The questions your security team will ask, answered before they ask them.
Our SOC 2 readiness program is underway. We are not certified yet, we will not pretend to be, and we will show you exactly where the program stands on the call.
06 / Sized to where you are
You cannot hire for the work that eats your week, and you should not have to. One function, usually intake or quoting, goes live in weeks and starts carrying its share.
The processes that got you here are held together by a few overloaded people. We decompose the messiest slice first and hand those people gates instead of grunt work.
You need rigor before capability: isolation, audit, named accountability. The platform was built for that review, and one governed pilot fits inside your budget line.
A scoping call maps one slice of your work into functions and names who holds each gate. The commercial shape is plain: a scoped build fee, then a monthly operations fee, with figures after that call and before you commit to anything. A first production release usually lands in weeks.
